One flat monthly fee per company, banded by active users. Every band includes every feature — bands differ only by headcount, and the effective cost per user falls at every band. 14-day free trial, no card required, capped at five users.

Annual pricing is billed up front and includes two months free.
No cliff at a band boundary
Bands are charged as graduated tiers: a base fee plus a marginal rate for each user above the previous band cap, so the per-user cost can only ever fall.

Adding a user is never blocked. Deactivating a leaver frees the capacity immediately and the monthly total is recalculated straight away.
